Now then lads, I know this is now a ghost town of a website following the infamous Cyber-Wars, but this is important. I need a few lads input so I can give our suggestions at the meeting. By the way, anyone who wants to come along is more than welcome.

As a result of using a `Brain Storm’ approach the following items were identified as needing attention.
2a] Items to be taken into account, which will need decisions making
Need small active executive – treasurer etc
CRB checks
Use of land – any limitations (lease agreement etc.)
Budget
Insurance
Grants available
Facilities payment – at realistic rates
For Muga – need pay scale
For Changing Rooms
Regular users charges/ One of charges
Time paid for – e.g. Footballers
Alder Lane Account – restricted to Alder Lane and not used anywhere else
Lease agreement
Booking arrangements – forms to be used
Time Table of use
Ground rules of usage – cleaning
Site access – restricted use
Toilets
Cleaning
Interim arrangements as development happens
Bins – recycling

Cllr M Hammond (acting chairman), Cllr Mrs S Halton, Cllr Mrs S Raju, Cllr Mrs R Wess, Cllr Mrs V Harrhy & Cllr C Bithnell
A representative from:
Footballers
Parbold Wildlife Group
Fishermen/women
Pink Panthers
Young People – Tim Cornah to be approached to suggest a young man and women
Youth Organisation representative – Sandy Smith to be approached
Local residents – Jimmy Kelly to be asked to obtain a nominee
Other sporting users – to be decided as appropriate
Those actively using the facilities should be actively involved in the committee (User Groups)
