Now then gents, ignoring the ratings from the pitch side reporter who is obviously gay, I reach the tender age of 33 on March 31st. Therefore this friday I may arrrange a night to town for those who are able. Honestly I may need a treadmill to get myself fit for it (any chance Lee?) But anyway if you can make it this Friday it should be good

speaking of treadmills, i reckon that'd be a good new nickname for mr commander. I know hes' been given treacle legs but the way he ran after that lad today - it was almost as though he was on a treadmill! Legs going ten to the dozen but not actually going anywhere!!!!
