Evening lads. I think we can all agree that the AGM was a success and positive vibes came from it, also the fact that the forum has made a welcome return is a plus point.
Paul Mac posted on another thread about the jobs that need doing. From now, Paul has nothing at all to do with Parbold so these jobs need doing otherwise, forget the signing new players, nights out and that - there will be no team.
Pearce is the only one so far to actually step up to the plate and say I'll do something to help out - well done Michael. The other jobs need doing by other people. I will happily take on the pitch liaison so other people need to step forward and do the following jobs:
Account signatory - getting bank statements to their house address and signing club cheques.
Liaising with Parbold Parish Council.
Liaising with Lancashire Council.
Remember if no-one is willing to do these jobs then there will not be a club to play for.

How much of a loser am I? Replying to my own post!
Apologies for the rant however a shit day in work was compounded by the jobs not being sorted so there you go.
Anyway, Messrs Pearce and Healey well done.
The only job left is to liase with Parbold Parsh Council. What this would involve is attending (or emailing your apologies for not being able to attend) a meeting in parbold approx once every 2 months. It is particularly important that this gets sorted asap as we need to make sure that the site renevations at Alder Lane cater for our needs (changing rooms, storage etc.)
Whoever is willing to do this job should get in touch with Paul Mac so he can give the email address of the contact at the Parish Council.
Thanks
A much more calm Gus.
