Boys I know we're all gutted but I just thought I'd give credit to the back four and the midfield today who were outstanding. In particular Tizzer, Wayne, Macca did not deserve to be on the losing side.
I think its important we stay focused until the end of the season and not ruin the good form we're in by feeling sorry for ourselves. There are plenty of points to play for and an outside chance of promotion

Well done boys, excellent display. We lacked so much luck today it was incredible.
Statto's mom: Lee Tirrell, outstanding as always. Statto's wooden spoon: Bristow, should have closed the winger quicker for the winning goal.

Evening gents
Cheers for the comments...every cloud and that!!
Nah seriously....its fucking gutting getting beat today and the way it happened. In the end we got too many injuries and no luck whatso ever. I've never known us to have so many injuries but thats the way it goes sometimes.
I was proud of the effort we all put in today though boys...no doubt they thought they come and kick us and we'd cave in like we did a couple of weeks ago but we were well up for it today, we're the better team for me and but for that that we were basically down to 9 at the end given Waynes injury aswell I reckon we'd have won......all in all though it was an outstanding effort.
So forget about it and get your heads up and lets have a good night next saturday, bust out some dance-off moves (dream on Mugsy dream on!!) and then lets kick arse on Sunday!
Later boys

As a now - sadly - retired player (and no, gents, I didn't retire about 2 years ago despite my displays since then!) it was really heartening to see that display today.
I thought the centre halves and centre midfield were sheer quality and you basically just ran out of options towards the end. Despite that, you were the better team and if the team stays together and adds one or two more young guns before the start of next season then the club has a bright future.
Stay positive lads, see you all soon.
