A great of character in todays game, to come from 0-2 down and gain another 3 points.
1. Jay McFarlane (8). Another confident display from the big man.
2. Ste Sudbury (8). Settled in superbly, and gave another ice-cool showing.
3. Daniel Murray (8). Defended bravely and looked quality going forward, he provided both crosses for Law's and Heeley's 2nd goals.
4. Lee Commander (7). Gave away the sloppy pass that lead to the opening goal, but picked himself up and never put another foot wrong.
5. Lee Tirrell (8). Came up against a very talented striker today, but never let him get a sniff.
6. Johnny Sheppherd (8). Provided the much needed steel in the midfield. Ran himself into the ground yet again. (Withdrawn)
7. Mike Pearce (8). He can be pleased with another fine showing, linking up well with both the strikers and midfield. Scored with a wicked curling 25 yard cross. Was it meant ? of course not. (Withdrawn)
8. Adam Ashcroft (9). Man of the match. Scored with a cracking free kick, and was the orchestrator of nearly all of Parbold's attacks.
9. Jason Heeley (9). His 2nd goal was sensational, in the way he dragged the ball out of the air, followed by a drilled finish. This was infact his 100th goal in a Cherry jersey in his 128th appearance.
10. Wayne Law (9). The Globe defenders just simply couldn't deal with him. He has been awarded his 2nd goal, despite a defender possibly getting the decisive touch ? (Withdrawn)
11. David Heeley (6). Last season's player of the year, has struggled to find any early season form. Looked a little frustrated at times today.
12. Sean Wainwright (7). Couldn't repeat his goalscoring heroics from Thursday night.
14. Mark McNally (6). Good to see the diminutive defender back in action, after a minor injury.
15. Chris Richards (7). Fluffed a golden chance and was also megged.
16. Jeff McFarlane (-). Not used.
