Its nearly time to vote for player of the year, below i rate everybodys chance and give them a season rating out of 10.
JAY MCFARLANE: A serious contender who has had an excellent season. Season rating 9/10.
PAUL JONES: Having his best season in many years, could make the top 3. Rating 8/10.
LEE TYRELL: Despite a little dip in form mid-way through the campaign, he has been as solid as ever, but not enough to win. Rating 8/10.
PAUL MACKENZIE: Committment questioned, but has earned the most MOM's so far. A little inconsistant to clinch the trophy. Rating 7/10.
PETER DUFFY: Another player who is enjoying his best form in recent seasons. A good outside bet. rating 8/10.
JASON HEELEY: Equalled the scoring record and has alarmingly let his performances slip a bit, but still one of the favourites. Rating 9/10.
MICHAEL PEARCE: If the vote was taken at Christmas, Pearce would have strolled it. His form has become a little erratic since, but still a strong runner. Rating 9/10.
JEFF MCFARLANE: Shown some comendable loyalty by returning, and has done well when needed. The clubs most improved player. Rating 7/10.
STEWART FURLONG: Last years winner has had another impressive season, but not stood out enough too retain his award. Rating 8/10.
STEVEN FLEMING: Gets my vote following an outstanding season at full back. Rating 9/10.
STE CAVANAGH: Had his ups and downs, but has always impressed when playing. Rating 8/10.
LEE COMMANDER: Despite his age still contributes a lot to the side, especially with his good scoring tally. Rating 7/10.
NEIL HARDMAN: Made a noticable difference since he slotted into the back four. He should be up there when the votes are counted. Rating 9/10.
CHRIS NORRIS: Made the top 3 last season, but hasnt quite matched his peak form of last year. Rating 7/10.
IAN MACKENZIE: Scored his first ever goal but has started just 5 times so far. Rating 6/10.
BILLY BRISTOW: Like Gus has started only 5 times, the last of which was back in November. Rating 6/10.
